Reflashing your thinking for success
« on: July 10, 2025, 08:49:19 AM »
It seems like my thinking is slowing me down. My head is filled with the following attitudes: "it won't work", "it's too late", "not the one". All this prevents me from moving forward. I want to reboot my internal beliefs so that they help me, and don't hold me back. I read that this is possible, but it's hard to do alone. Who has worked on this — with a coach, a psychologist, on their own? I need support, direction, and someone's experience.

Limiting beliefs kept me from moving forward for a long time. “It’s too late for me”, “I’m not good enough”, “it’s not my thing” — does this sound familiar? Until I started working with attitudes, everything was as if through glass. An article from in Liven`s blog   about internal scripts really helped. I wrote out old beliefs and made up new formulations for them. At first I didn’t believe it, but repetition worked. The brain began to restructure. If you feel like you’re holding yourself back, I recommend trying this method. This is a simple but powerful step to changing not only your thoughts, but also the reality around you.

Our attitudes influence decisions and actions. Some of them limit us, even if we do not notice it. Revising your thoughts is not about “positive thinking”, but about awareness. By replacing habitual reactive thoughts with more constructive ones, you can take a different look at familiar tasks. This gives a sense of control and opens up new options.
