Two big paintings - Storage find in the UK - Info about the artist ????

Found two big paintings in a storage that I bought here in London, UK..
Think the artist must be from London because of the panorama on the background. (Tower Bridge)
Having a hard time to identify the artist.

Not sure of the artist yet but London bar owners would be interested in that. Maybe an exec working near the Gerkin !
