This vase does have two marks. One says 7500. The other mark I can't see. I will try paper and pencil. What pile does it belong in. 😁

My first impression is it looks like Rueven Glass / Nouveau Art Glass Company that was founded in Pennsylvania the early 1970's. Robert Rueven Brown created art nouveau style satin and clear glass from painting and refiring a piece of glass.
