This coin is not from the reign of Alexander the Great, but from the reign of Lysimachos, one of the Diadochi. What is the size? And could you post a picture of the rim, please? My first impression, looking at the surface, is that it is not old but rather a cast modern imitation. But the pictures of the rim will tell more I think...

I think it is cast....there is a line going around the edge of the coin.

I don't think so.  There is definitely a seam around the edge.  Your flash did accentuate part of it but the rest of it appears in a darker color.  I blew up the picture to look.  It is there,

Yes, the seam can be seen clearly, so it is cast and not genuine.

Appears to have been made in two parts front, then back and put together ?? Or is that a mold seam ??

It should be a mold seam.

And there’s a lack of uniform wear to the areas which are normally rubbed. Even the little edge dints will be in the mould.
